Easy Return Policy

We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment, traceable by delivery tracking number. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reasons, you may return any unused (new) or defective items FREE of charge for a quick refund or exchange; personalized or custom-made items are the exceptions.

Please Note the following details:

• Customers will pay all return shipping costs.
• Used items are protected by WorldOutlet against defects for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. After that time, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy included with your particular merchandise you purchased.
• You may return unused items sold by WorldOutlet for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hangtags attached and in the original box and packaging.
• Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item(s) and any taxes incurred. This credit will not include any original shipping charges incurred. Your credit will appear after WorldOutlet has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• All major credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers records. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
